The Project Execution Task Management (PeTM) application is a custom integrated solution designed using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Set that help to manage task(s) in project implementation. The application system has the capability to record GAPs, gather Requirements, track Functional Design Documents (FDD), track Technical Design Documents (TDD), manage Object Promotion (Change Management), User Onboarding, Role Security, Issue Tracking, record Lessons Learned, manage Test Cycles(Unit Test, Integrated Test, User Acceptance Test), manage RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements) and Cutover. The inbuilt workflow helps better communication, Approve/Reject the project promotion using approval hierarchy through Email notification to the project Cross-Functional Team. The PeTM application system also provides standard and on-demand custom reporting (.CSV) with auto-distribution capability to the project team.
